About

February 1908 marks the embryonic arrival of The Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada on the continent of Africa with Charles Chawner in Zululand. December 25 1908 marks its arrival in Liberia.

With over 2 million believers worshipping in the 17,000 churches of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Africa, no one can question the fruitfulness of PAOC’s 100 years of missions in Africa! Nairobi Pentecostal Church – is an icon of God’s blessing on our service and sacrifice. Famous for its mile of pews – 5 decades of God’s faithfulness have seen God’s servants plant 7 satellite churches for a combined weekly attendance of 50,000 believers! 2Christian Schools and Hope FM have ensured that ministry was not confined to evangelism and church planting alone.

Today our A-Team (Africa Team) is 100 members strong and serves Africa-wide in the areas of Evangelism, Church-Planting, Leadership Development, Education, Health, Community Development and Emergency Relief.
